MailChamps.io provides direct access to business-grade Google email accounts and domains intended for outbound email use.

2. Account Access & Responsibility

When you purchase email accounts from MailChamps.io, you will receive a list of Google email addresses and passwords corresponding to your order. These accounts are yours to manage and use.

If any of your email accounts become disconnected, it is your sole responsibility to reconnect them using the provided credentials. If you would like MailChamps.io to handle reconnection or move accounts to another sending platform, a service fee of $1 per email will apply.

3. Deliverability & Usage Disclaimer

Email deliverability is entirely dependent on your behavior and sending practices. MailChamps.io is not responsible for accounts being flagged, blacklisted, or sent to spam. You are responsible for adhering to proper sending guidelines and avoiding content that may trigger spam filters.

Recommended Sending Policy:

- Start with 5 emails per account per day.

- Gradually increase sending volume by 1 email per day until you reach 15 per day.

- Do not exceed a maximum of 20 emails per day per account.

- Avoid spam trigger words and poor content formatting.

- Use a tool like Meteor Mail Spam Checker to test scripts before sending.

Failure to follow these practices may result in reduced deliverability. No refunds will be issued for performance issues due to misuse.

4. Domain Management

If MailChamps.io sets up email accounts using domains you provide or purchase through us, those domains may be linked to a Google Admin panel for provisioning.

Please note: We do not release domains from our Google Admin panel once accounts have been created. If you need control or release of a domain, you must contact Google support directly.

5. Cancellations

You must provide a minimum five (5) day notice before your next billing cycle to cancel your subscription. Late cancellation notices may result in continued billing for the following month.

6. No Guarantees or Refunds

All services are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability rates, uptime, or performance results.

By using MailChamps.io, you acknowledge:

- Deliverability is influenced by your sending behavior.

- Technical issues such as disconnections are your responsibility.

- No refunds will be issued for misuse, spam issues, or email disconnections.

- If you purchase email accounts through our website and fail to complete the required onboarding form, we are unable to proceed with setting up your order.

Regardless of whether the onboarding form is submitted later or not at all, we maintain a strict no refund policy for incomplete or unfulfilled orders caused by missing onboarding information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and instructional materials published on MailChamps.io are the exclusive property of the site operator. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

8. Termination of Access

MailChamps.io reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time for misuse, legal violations, abuse, or failure to comply with these terms, without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. All disputes will be handled in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
