How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please contact us via email at start@mailchamps.io or WhatsApp at +1-307-423-8353.

Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the next renewal date. Note: the renewal date is based on the invoice payment date, not the form submission date.

2. Usage Guidelines

Sending Limits: To maintain optimal deliverability, we recommend sending no more than 20 emails per inbox daily, and connecting no more than 3 inboxes per domain.

Domain Best Practices: For best results, we recommend using .com or .co domains.

3. Account Setup & Management

Disconnections: If an inbox disconnects, the user must manually log back in to restore service.

Setup Support: Our team will assist with configuring DKIM, DMARC, MX, and SPF records to ensure proper deliverability.

Form Submission: Please follow our sample form submission format. Incorrect formatting may cause delays.

Two-Factor Authentication: We recommend disabling two-factor authentication during setup to avoid potential issues.

4. Service & Billing Disclaimer

Mailchamps.io is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee that our website will operate without interruptions, errors, or security threats.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity deemed harmful, abusive, or non-compliant.

6. Acceptable Use of Inboxes

Compliance: Users must adhere to CAN-SPAM regulations, including providing opt-out mechanisms and using accurate headers and content.

B2B Only: Services are strictly limited to Business-to-Business (B2B) communications. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) use is prohibited.



User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for legal compliance and any misuse of inboxes. Mailchamps.io is not liable for any resulting legal or regulatory consequences.

7. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Orders: Once a form is submitted or an order is completed, refunds are not available.

8. Email Maintenance

Clients are responsible for maintaining their inboxes, including reconnecting accounts when needed. Support includes renewal date tracking, inbox cancellations, and answering inquiries prior to inbox purchase.

9. Service Cancellations by Mailchamps.io

Mailchamps.io reserves the right to cancel inboxes and issue partial refunds in cases of policy violations or breaches of service terms.
